Yea it's not ideal. Privacy is too important otherwise I would just have changed them.

@Joe I suppose I can link olf posts in new posts as well. If anyone is really interested, they will create an account and log in to read old stuff.

Correct @mukt. Everything before today is Pjuu only same as it was.

I remember it now what you mentioned @Sarah. The comments on earlier posts were made when those posts were pjuu-only. Hence, it would be a violation of privacy if those were made public today.

I agree I should write a help page, next to various features have a link to the page... I don't want to enable editing posts as it will be confusing for people who commented on post which later becomes approved. Immutable posts are good as it keeps the conversation correct. You can always delete and re-post.

correct @mukt u wasn't 100%. I find Twitter impossible to figure out as there's little explanation, yet everyone somehow manages to work it. as far as I can gather, @joe has no plan to alter previous posts, only to go ahead with choosing who you post to from now on 😀

(If I got it correctly) @Deavmi The three permissions for posts are (in sequence) : Global, Pjuu-wide and user-approved.

Comments inherit top posts permissions. Comments under the 'Approved' posts are visible to the approved 'romp' of the original poster, not the commentor.

:-) Congrats @Joe. Good work. Iconography is too good. But (and my apologies for distrating the jubilation already) ....

    1) New users will need explanation to permission icons. Where are we providing that?

    2) How does one change permission of existing posts?
