  Don't be afraid you're giving something away. It isn't ideas that matter, but carrying those ideas out.
  
  I think that if they're all related to one grand project, using a hashtag would definitely help, even if you're not yet ready to explain the whole thing. It is usually a good idea to #tag_your_posts appropriately.

  I think it's because they're numerous and sometimes lacking context. Perhaps make a tag for your posts, e.g. #BuildingTheNewInternet or something, give some semantic context in which to place the updates ;)
