  Same here, using 16.10 MATE :) An incredible daily driver distro.

  That's very cool. Afraid I can't comment on Ubuntu (proper) 16.04. I just switched to Ubuntu MATE 16.10 from Manjaro and I've been most pleased.

  Unity 8 and Mir.Nothing can be worse than 16.04, right?
