  Yeah, but nobody will care about it. And it concerns only one law, in one country.
  Well, guess I'm too pessimistic, but having hope about the internet today is the best way to get depressed.

  Actually this is too late. The internet is already dead, and this law is just another amongst many.
  The only solution now would be in a new web being created independantly from governments. I2P, or tor-like networks are a start (I would'nt personnaly include tor itself).
