    It is clear that we are not really rational, it is also clear that this insight gained is not outcome of some rational process (How? Good question). What I do not understand is how come the insight is here at all? We call this some sort of thinking skill. And we 'think' that thinking is rational.

    Our thinking, our concepts are a big clusterfuck that do not stand much scrutiny.

    I have seen this post like ten times now, and feel compelled to read the whole thing every time. The title is apt, the 'story' is to the point, and is artistic even in eastern way of looking at things.

    Yet, I always had this feeling that I am missing some insight from this. The point of this rather dry comment is that now I understand it a bit - we, the humans, take pride in calling ourselves rational, but this our the typical focus. Do rational beings behave like this?
