i see the same in our country, Serbia and Croatia.
this comes with capitalism to many former socialist countries.

i see how it happening with my country with my own eyes.
IMHO it's a sigh of capitalism and "democracy". (there is no homeless and such a poverty while we have socialism)
is it the same in the US? How many hobos and other "unsuccessful" peoples are there?

These girls are surviving on local trash. Where I grew up, there were people who did the same (late in the evening so no one could see). I worked in a food store, and hid the food we had to throw away next to the containers, so that nobody would have to get dirty or hurt.

I really recommend Reggie Yates' Burner Boys documentary. They earn petty cash for burning electrical appliances and cables for copper. The trash is imported into Ghana from Europe and USA illegally (it's not legal to export).

i was born in USSR, first time i see a hobo in "back to the future" movie.
I don't understand why this men sleep on a bench. totally.
i never see a hobo before and don't even think that such a thing can be possible.

    it is how socialism works.

i see many hobos after a fall of USSR, big "thanks" for our marked bastard for that.
