  IMO, the Paris climate agreement is too weak to really make an impact. We'll still see waves of refugees due to lands becoming barren or submerged. (FUN FACT: Most major cities are only 10-15cm above sea level.)
  
  The agreement might become a sleeping pill for the efforts needed to counteract global warming.
