US Bases are clearly identifiable and mappable

    I mean that GPS could be offline. Would require more memory to store the maps, and to use the sensors to detect movement, but it's not impossible at all.
    (I think that there are a few apps that make it possible, butnot many)

    It's very useful if you are lost in the mountains. But can be used for surveillance if you are not intelligent enough to think about it.
