Sarah 8 years agoyep!! doing Joe wicks lean in 15. shakes for breakfast, various salads for lunch, 20 min HIIT after work (though easing ourselves in this week with 10 minutes-and still stiff as a board!) and proper post work out meals, plus 2L minimum of water!! 😅 if I'm not a size 8 by September, I'll be livid!!! 😂😂😂
