#firstworldproblems @sarah has friends round and our rural internet (40MB) can't handle it. Plus 50hrs+ of downtime this last month. FML

    it deffo is
    interactive stuff like ssh has a deley on it
    everywhere else that can't really do throttling ( business stuff for eg ) is fast and responsive

    Would be worth a benchmark to see if it is throttled.
