  @Pietlu I noticed that we're living in the same city. I was surprised about the network stability in this year.

  Well, only at bigger cities in Germany, I guess. In my hometown (80k people are living here) the phone networks were stable. Wasn't like this some years ago, but it seems that the providers had upgraded over the last years here. So, networks didn't collapse here :D
