  It's not far from sharia law. Which, you know, has people killed because of "rumors" of beef eating.

  Yeah I guess individuals decide who an addict is. Hmmmmmm I wonder if I owe anybody money.

  @mukt exactly what I was thinking. How can you prove someone is an addict or a dealer? I know it may seem obvious but a court should be deciding this sort of stuff.
