Started work on the public feed last night. This seems pretty simple. I'm going to try adding a waiting algorithm so posts can bubble up providing some meaning to votes, the Reddit algorithm is outlines here (https://medium.com/hacking-and-gonzo/how-reddit-ranking-algorithms-work-ef111e33d0d9#.owxyx04j5). Non-logged in users will only see posts marked as `public` (like mine) and Pjuu users will see `public` along with `pjuu only` posts.
