    > And there are women in the kindergarten and nurses but the in the best paid jobs there are only men?

Regardless of gender, why do you think nurses should be paid more than say, the doctors?
Or, why should a kindergarten teacher be paid equal to say the professors?

Do you think these jobs demand equal skills, education or experience? Would equal pay be fair to them?

Because there are legal routes for ensuring pay equality I feel those should be used where appropriate, but these articles don't mention legal recourse and the maths isn't for pay but for earnings. I don't expect equality of outcome when society is given equality of opportunity because it's statistically unlikely. People have different values and work ethics and to force an outcome is to deny opportunity.

    > Implying registered nurses aren't paid very well.

You seriously need to learn a thing. It's embarrassing.

He specifically said there are women in management in insurance. I know you like to pick and choose, but wow....

@Joe and there are less women in politics and business management, ... That's exactly the problem. You found it.

Why don't more women work on oil rigs?
    This is really just silly.
Also a reminder that Debian had a whole branch ready to go, focusing on women in Linux. It fucking failed.

*Sob* Why do men tend to have more muscle mass?

Why do women ignore the facts that have already been cited? It's almost like it's "muh feels". Oh wait, it is.

Just from my personal experience as a software developer. There are a lot less women in my trade and this is probably the reason there are less CTO/IT directors who are women. If you look at it in percentages of men/women in the job and who is high up I would imagine it is similar. The company I work for is in insurance and there are a lot more women higher up in that industry. I know this isn't evidence as it's just anecdotal. If more women start programming it will even out.

Then tell me why the top management is nearly 100% men? Why is there so much sexism online? Why do women often only get less paid jobs and passions? There is a big problem with equality and men often don't want or can't see it.

@Shalimar, besides what Mnemonixs and Johnnynull mentioned,
women get far better divorce terms and work less for equal pay.

Most adult feminists, realize this, and would run scared if you talk of enforcing #EqualWorkForEqualPay with whatever you think pay gap means.

Men also get far longer jail terms.

@Shalimar In developed countries homeless men overwhelmingly outnumber women, and women despite earning (earning ≠ pay) less, either equal or surpass men in spending power.

Globaly the gap exists and even in developed countries the risk of poverty for women is much higher.

It doesn't matter to feminist propaganda if pay gap exists or not.
They say it does, and they wear a pussy on the head. Case closed.

It doesn't. Freakonomics covered it very well.

I thought I read the pay gap didn't exist? I guess that's what the Staph is for.
