Is there any forum that rates and/or reviews apps of #fdroid?

@mukt I think it's about time I took another look at federation.

And today I answer my own question.

#Gdroid, an app available from fdroid itself, collects appropriately tagged comments from the #Fediverse and to show them as comments on the apps of the repo.

And this, @Joe, is a fine reason that you should federate pjuu with activity pub : the fediverse is becoming a useful ecosystem which is solving real problems for ordinary people.

    I noticed that @Joe.
Maybe you can ask them if the forum would be the right place for app reviews, etc?

@mukt I use that when I've done an update to get in touch with the guys there.

Looks like there is an official forum on their website, but it is not for reviews...

Not particular to Fdroid, but I find the app AppHunt very helpful. It's like a curated app store with reviews.

@Joe It's not something that I miss, but what I really miss are the screenshots. Some times I want apps with material design or something more similar to the aesthetics of android 5, 6 etc. I think that because there are not a high quantity of apps like the play store, I don't miss the opinion of others, I just read de description and evaluate if I want the app.

I was thinking about this the other day and they should probably add one directly in to f-droid... Unfortunately I don't know of one, would be good to find out.
