  I've had problems with them before. They charged me £10 a month for insurance on an internet dongle a long time ago. I rang up to cancel it, which I did, then it stopped working... They said I must of broken it and I didn' have insurance it would cost me £100. It took 2 mins for it to brake afterwards and it was stuck to a wall so didn't move. Swore to never use them again after that.
