  @sahra the iron lady destroyed the labor union. Now it's to easy to exploit employees. The employers need fear to build good jobs.

  the first statement i agree with, but no one should fear anyone or anything in the work place, in an ideal world. sadly, there's too much of both happening-employees live in fear of being sacked as they can be "replaced" and emotional losers live in fear of being sued for anything and everything these days!!😩
