  I've not done an update in a while so here goes. We will soon have animated gifs. They will not auto play but will be click to play. Hopefully they don't get annoying. All the other work is to get direct links to comments. It's a slightly more complex problem than I expected. But it will help with alerts also. My plan then is to clean the alert system up so it's easier to manage and its been untouched for a very long time. Off to Lancaster tonight. Have a good day everyone😃

  #Brexit has revealed quite a lot of hypocrisy going around the concept of #democracy. For instance, many young Europeans have opined that people above a certain age must not be allowed to vote in democracy. Then there are those hypocrites who claim to respect the democratic process but not the democratic outcome of #Brexit.

  We currently use a Comodo SSL certificate for Pjuu. This is only because we didn't have time to implement Lets Encrypt. But this is a dick move: https://letsencrypt.org//2016/06/23/defending-our-brand.html. Time to migrate I think.

  Well today in the UK we all decide if we want to stay in the EU. I will be voting later when back from work. I hope we stay will be disappointing if we don't.

  Will be finishing off the design tomorrow and hopefully rolling it out unless there is any objections. I posted a similar picture a few months ago last time I tried to make this change but here we go. Hopefully it will appeal more to non-techy users. I'm also proposing a new strap line. We have had the strap "An open-source social thing" to "The open social network". Your thoughts would be much appreciated.
