  There is a show in the UK called spy in the wild. It's amazing anamatronic animals with spy cameras up close with the animals they're watching. They just had Sea Otters on and it was amazing. If you can find it, it's well worth watching.

  Hi all. The work to add backround jobs should now be complete. There were one or two issues, which required hotfixes pushed out but we can turn it on and off as needed. Hope you all are enjoying your #caturday nights.

  FYI we are adding background processing to Pjuu. It won't change the site but will make certain actions quicker, especially ones which require pushing information around (posting, send e-mails, etc...). It will also help when our mail provider is having issues or on the off occasion we come under heavy load. I will be doing this work from now until it's finished. There should be no issues, but if there is I apologise upfront. Will post when it's complete.

  Well this has been a crazy week working on the site. Our mail provider is having some trouble so any action which requires an e-mail to be sent may timeout. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

  A few issues with updating some libraries, and an issue with how error pages were shown which has also have fixed. A new version of the Android app, with the new Otter logo should be making its way out to you all, I'll keep an eye on f-droid to check it goes out correctly. If you like the app a review on app store would be really helpful https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pjuu.otterdroid. 😀

  Apologies for Pjuu going offline. I regularly update the Python requirements, run the unit tests and all is okay. Today an update the one of the requirements stopped you being able post/reply, it didn't however get picked up in the tests which is strange as 100% of the code is covered. The change has been reverted. I am still investigating the cause of the issue and it will be updated soon.

  Well back to work in the morning. Been working on something over the weekend and learning Rust is still going very well. Still a long way to do but liking it.

  Great day yesterday! Got loads of presents. Too bad the puppies decided to fall out at about 11pm so I had to sleep on the couch with them. When theres 5 dogs 3 of which are puppies it's like a war zone

  Had a great day with mine and @sarah parents. Had a Christmas dinner because them lucky buggers are off to the sun for Christmas. Have a good holiday @dawn and @tony
