Joe 8 years agoWell done all the work for public feeds (which I've called global feeds as it changes depending if you are logged in or not). Just thinking about how best to fit it into the site. Should it show public posts on the first page? Or is a link enough? Not sure. Can always change it around later on.

Joe 8 years agoStarted work on the public feed last night. This seems pretty simple. I'm going to try adding a waiting algorithm so posts can bubble up providing some meaning to votes, the Reddit algorithm is outlines here (https://medium.com/hacking-and-gonzo/how-reddit-ranking-algorithms-work-ef111e33d0d9#.owxyx04j5). Non-logged in users will only see posts marked as `public` (like mine) and Pjuu users will see `public` along with `pjuu only` posts.

Joe 8 years agoDoes anyone have any experience with optimising a site for Google? Such as http://schema.org and ensuring everything appear correctly like site links?? Just trying to work it all out

Joe 8 years agoSorry to the Americans, but... Your two presidential candidates argue like two five year olds. Not sure if they know what a logical fallacy is but it's pretty much one after another. The format of last night's debate seems very odd from a British person looking in. Doesn't seem very official or serious IMHO.
